With this experience, Kirsten’s focus is an eclectic approach with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy. She believes that all clients should be met where they are at and that the therapeutic relationship should be collaborative in nature, allowing the client to define their goals and advocate for themselves.
